Electrically Heated Rain and Snow Gauge (52202-L)

Measure Rain, Snow, and Other Frozen Precipitation

The 52202 rain gauge, produced by R. M. Young, is a heated tipping bucket instrument designed to accurately measure rainfall, snowfall, and other frozen precipitation. With a 200 cm² collection area and a resolution of 0.1 mm, it complies with World Meteorological Organization (WMO) guidelines. The integrated heating system ensures reliable performance in cold climates, making it suitable for year-round monitoring.
