We use 6-wire resistive gauges, vibrating-wire pressure transducers, piezometers, bubblers, and float-and-pulley systems to measure water levels in shallow and deep applications. In surface water systems, measurements are typically taken in a stilling well using float systems, pressure transducers, ultrasonic sensors, or self-calibrating double bubblers—ideal for corrosive environments.

Flow is determined by measuring water level through structures such as weirs and flumes, then applying a rating curve.
