The SkyVue™8 LIDAR Ceilometer is a reliable atmospheric monitoring instrument designed to measure cloud base height and vertical visibility for aviation and meteorological applications. It is well suited for installations at airports, helipads (both onshore and offshore), and weather monitoring stations, where accurate sky condition data is essential. The system provides high stability and repeatable measurements, delivering detailed information on cloud base heights, sky conditions with up to five cloud layers, vertical visibility, and raw backscatter profiles.
