For every project, BIS assembles an integrated project team. A typical development team comprises Project Managers, System Analysts, Implementation Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Testing Specialists, as well as dedicated Designers, Technical Writers, System Engineers, and other supporting professionals. Each team is led by a Project Manager, responsible for technical leadership, task allocation, supervision, and client communications.
