Built around a rugged, surface-mountable platinum resistive thermometer (PRT), it delivers superior reliability and precision in demanding field environments. The sensor features Buraq Integrated Solutions’ latest precision analog-to-digital smart module, ensuring industry-leading accuracy for PV monitoring and performance analysis.
Robust Construction for Harsh Environments
At the core of the CS240DM is a Pt-1000 Class A PRT encased in a durable aluminum disk. This construction protects the sensor—especially during conduit installation—and enhances heat transfer from the module surface while reducing convective heat loss. An adhesive backing ensures secure mounting, and for temperatures exceeding 70°C, Kapton tape is recommended for additional stability.
