Introduction to Sensor
Reliable in Harsh Environments
The 255-100 Evaporation Gauge, manufactured by Novalynx, accurately measures evaporation by monitoring changes in water level within an evaporation pan. The sensor provides a resistance output that can be easily recorded by Campbell Scientific data loggers for precise data collection. Note that a standard NWS Class A evaporation pan (such as the 255-200) must be purchased separately for use with this gauge.
