Incident Reporting and Investigation

At Buraq Integrated Solutions, we are committed to maintaining a safe and transparent environment for all our stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the communities we serve. To ensure the effective reporting and management of incidents, we have developed this Incident Reporting and Investigation Policy.

All incidents must be reported promptly using the dedicated email address i.e., report@buraq.com or designated Incident Reporting Form (also accessible through Admin Office). The form will Incident Reporting Form collect relevant details about the incident, including date, time, location, involved parties, and a description of the incident.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

If you need to return equipment for repair, calibration, or warranty evaluation, please complete our RMA request form. This ensures efficient handling, proper tracking, and timely processing of your request.

Before submitting, kindly ensure that all required details—such as product model, serial number, issue description, and contact information—are accurately provided. Once your request is reviewed, our support team will issue an RMA number along with return instructions.
